Fake Chinese "106" commercial-SMS console (.NET/WinForms) that is really a dropper + smishing kit. Fabricated ICP 沪ICP备12038240号-1 / licence B2-20203099 and a "report fraud, call 110" banner for cover; one tab is a pure decoy that just sleeps and reports "normal."
Behind the GUI, on every launch it extracts a bundled Node.js runtime + embedded JS and silently downloads a second stage from https://kozae666.com/Windows to C:\Hnze_okea\runtime_host.exe, launching it detached/hidden (keeps the fetch and spawn out of the .NET process and off PowerShell). runtime_host.exe is a native (MFC-skeleton) C++ reverse-TCP shellcode loader: it dynamically resolves Winsock + VirtualProtect/CreateThread to stay off the IAT, connects to roujizaixian.com:6666 (154.198.49.54, AS138995 Antbox Networks, HK), streams back ~640 KB and executes it in RWX memory as position-independent shellcode (no PE on disk). The C2 name roujizaixian = 肉鸡在线 ("bots online"; 肉鸡 = compromised-host slang), on classic botnet port 6666.
Separately, submitted "orders" (operator-supplied target phone-number lists + SMS copy) are exfiltrated to a Telegram bot via sendDocument/sendMessage; the bot token/chat_id are placeholders in this build. Beijing-prefix filtering, a locally-generated 6-digit terminal_id gate (no activation server).
IOCs:
- https://kozae666.com/Windows -> C:\Hnze_okea\runtime_host.exe
- C2 roujizaixian.com:6666 -> 154.198.49.54 (AS138995 ANTBOX1-AS-AP, Hong Kong)
- TLS: Sectigo DV *.roujizaixian.com, first seen 2026-08-24
- Mutex Local\SMS106_Client_Mutex ; data dir %LOCALAPPDATA%\SMS106\
