Launches command prompt with the following arguments:
C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe /c rd /s /q C:\Users\TEST_U~1\AppData\Local\Temp\yPPqxpEgigBpp & timeout 4 & del /f /q C:\Users\[username]\Desktop\setup___pass_1234_activ.exe

When tested on a VM, the file deletes it's self, launches a command prompt, and quits
This file may evade VMs
